Day 4: In the season when skies are grey

In the season when skies are grey
Trees are brown, Night is day
The season when the grass is white
A floor of ice, air full of bite

We await for the world to renew
The sky to blue, the tree to green
For the evening when all is seen
The day to grow, the clocks to slow
When we need not worry about snow

In the season when flowers spring
No-one wants for anything
All is rosey, colours bright
The owl is hunting all the night

We await for the world to seed
clouds guaranteed, colours to shade,
Leaves yellow, brown and fade
The grass to rustle, the air to chill
What a year it’s been, aint life brill!

Day 2: 4

Day 2: 4
Thirteen years ago I took part in the Duke of Edinburgh Award, my service was teaching primary school kids how to juggle. I have since seen several of the kids that I taught far out strip my meagre skills...knowing that they were started on the road to achieving beyond my capabilities because of my capabilities is a really nice feeling.
This weekend I taught myself how to juggle 4 balls...now I have more to pass on...I may have to find some more students!

Day 1: Cat's Old Bike

Day 1: Pen & Ink study of Cat's Old Bike
Drawn whilst watching The Man With the Golden Gun.
Cat moved into my house a couple of weeks back and this old bike has become a part of the sitting room furniture...not sure what is going to happen to it. Too nice to throw away, too much of a pain to keep...so it is making itself useful as a model.

Today My Brain Will Mostly Be...
